We want you to love Blunlock. If it doesn't work the way you expected, we'll refund you — no quibbles, no support-ticket gauntlet. Here are the details.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. No need to justify it. Email saurabhdabral61@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and you must uninstall the Software.
Beyond 14 days
We don't offer automatic refunds after 14 days, but if you're hitting a serious bug or a macOS update broke something for you, reach out anyway — we'll work with you in good faith.
What's not refundable
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (subject to the section above).
- Cases where the license key has been shared publicly or used in violation of our Terms.
Before you buy
Blunlock requires macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later and a Bluetooth-capable Mac paired with a Bluetooth device (such as an iPhone). If you're unsure whether your setup will work, email us first — we'd rather answer questions than process a refund.
